CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY – INDIVIDUALS
At Hotel Relax, we want to offer flexibility to our guests while maintaining good management of room availability.
Standard Reservations (Refundable)
- Free Cancellation: The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days before the arrival date.
- Late Cancellation: For cancellations made after this deadline, the hotel will charge a penalty equal to the cost of the first night of accommodation.
- No-Show: If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date and does not notify the hotel of the cancellation in advance, the hotel reserves the right to retain the advance payment in full. In this case, the reservation will be considered cancelled and the rooms may be put back on sale.
Non-Refundable Reservations
For promotional rates marked as "Non-Refundable":
- full payment is made at the time of booking
- the amount paid is not refunded, regardless of the reason for cancellation, modification, or no-show
Reservation Modification
Modifying reservation details (dates, room type) is possible:
- subject to availability
- with prior notification
The hotel reserves the right to adjust the rate based on the new dates or applicable conditions.
Early Departure
In the event of departure before the check-out date, amounts paid are non-refundable.
Force Majeure
The hotel cannot be held responsible for cancellations or modifications caused by force majeure situations (including, but not limited to: natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other events beyond the control of the parties).
CANCELLATION POLICY – GROUPS
This policy applies to group reservations (minimum 5 rooms / 10 persons).
Guarantee and Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total stay value is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due up to 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Conditions
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: no penalty
- Cancellation between 29 – 15 days: the advance payment is retained
- Cancellation between 14 – 7 days: 50% of the total reservation value is charged
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the reservation value is charged
Reduction in Number of Participants
A reduction in the number of rooms/persons is accepted without penalty up to 15% of the total, provided it is notified at least 7 days before arrival. For additional reductions, the hotel reserves the right to apply penalties.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY – CORPORATE EVENTS / TEAM BUILDING
This policy applies to group reservations for corporate events, team building activities, and other organised events (minimum 10 rooms or 20 persons).
Confirmation and Payment
- a deposit of 50% of the total value of services (accommodation, meals, activities)
- the remaining 50% is due up to 7 days before arrival
The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the advance payment is not received within the agreed deadline.
Adjustment of Number of Participants
- A reduction in the number of participants is accepted without penalty up to 15% of the total
- Changes must be communicated at least 7 days before arrival
For reductions exceeding this threshold, the hotel may apply proportional penalties.

- Cancellation between 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total reservation value is charged
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total reservation value is charged
