Hotel Relax S.R.L. (VAT ID: RO18936041, Trade Register No: J26/1293/2006), with its registered office at 540331 Târgu Mureș, Str. Brăila, nr. 7, Mureș County.

This document governs the relationship between Hotel Relax and its guests, and defines the terms of use of the website www.hotelrelax.ro and the conditions for providing accommodation and related services.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

  • Making a reservation: Reservations can be made online via our website, by phone, or by email. A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from the hotel.
  • Rates: All displayed rates include VAT and local taxes (where applicable), unless otherwise stated.
  • Reservation guarantee: The hotel reserves the right to request valid credit card details or an advance payment to guarantee the reservation.

CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY

  • Free cancellation up to 10 days before check-in.
  • Penalty equal to the cost of the first night of accommodation for cancellations made after this deadline.
  • No-show: The hotel retains the full advance payment made.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in: from 14:00. Upon arrival, guests must present a valid form of identification.
  • Check-out: by 11:00. Exceeding this time without prior agreement may result in additional charges.

RULES OF CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common areas (in accordance with applicable legislation). Violation of this rule will result in a cleaning fee of 1,000 RON.
  • Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage or destruction of hotel property, caused directly or indirectly. The associated costs will be borne entirely by them.
  • Public order: Guests are required to maintain quiet during the hours of 22:00 – 08:00.
  • Access for unregistered persons to the hotel is permitted only with the consent of the front desk.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

Hotel Relax processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation.

Data is collected for the following purposes:

  • processing reservations
  • compliance with legal obligations (e.g., guest arrival registration)
  • communication with clients

Guests have the following rights:

  • the right of access to data
  • the right to rectification
  • the right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten")
  • the right to restriction of processing
  • the right to data portability
  • the right to object
